Our Team

HEDAC was founded by a group of volunteers impassioned by the idea that they could make a difference in this world. As volunteers they offer their time and pay their own way to travel to Honduras as part of the fulfillment of their personal philanthropic objectives. HEDAC, since 2005 still remains an all U.S. based-volunteer organization allowing us to apply our donors’ funds to running operations and programs several thousand miles away. In Honduras we have about 30 volunteers supplemented with several part-time contractors playing key roles in our operations.
