The Agribusiness technical degree is designed to provide the entrepreneurial and technical skills necessary to manage a profitable, environmentally sound, community-based small farm or agricultural business.

The Hospitality industry consists of a broad category of fields within the service industry that includes lodging, restaurants, event-planning and additional fields within the tourism industry.

The Culinary Arts program is designed to give students the specialized cooking techniques, presentation skills, and culinary knowledge they will need to succeed as a chef and many other positions in the culinary industry.

Building Construction technical career prepares students for positions as cost estimators, computer drafters, construction supervisors and building inspectors.

The Auto Repair Technician technical career offers hands-on auto mechanic training to create rewarding careers where graduates will be able to work in a variety of environments.

The equivalent of an administrative assistant career, the Secretarial coursework will consist of maintaining files, operating telephones, typing letters, computer skills and other clerical functions.
